2.2 One Account Policy

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.

3.3 Transaction Limits and Currency

tcg77 reserves the right to set or change transaction limits at any time. All transactions are recorded in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If a chargeback, unauthorized transaction, or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The conditions for receiving this bonus are:

  • A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to activate the bonus.
  • A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
  • An account can receive this bonus only once.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each promotional offer will have its own wagering conditions, validity period, and eligible games, which will be stated separately with the offer. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, use bots, or obtain bonuses through any form of manipulation will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

tcg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice.

4.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Moving to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity. tcg77 holds the exclusive right to grant or withdraw VIP membership.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

Each game on tcg77 is governed by its own rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game before playing. If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs.
  • Colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage over other players.

5.3 Random Number Generator (RNG)
